the Mission

Develop a clean, confident brand identity for Kane Media & Marketing, a real estate marketing company focused on helping clients stand out in a competitive housing market. The goal: design a logo that integrates the initials K and M with a recognizable home element, supported by a warm, inviting color palette and typography system.

the execution

To create a visual system rooted in familiarity and trust, I designed a custom logo that fuses the letters K and M into a stylized roofline and chimney — an abstract nod to the spaces Kane helps bring to market. The mark is bold yet minimal, structured to read clearly across signage, digital platforms, and print collateral.

The typeface, Poppins, was selected for its strong geometric presence and readability, giving the identity a professional, modern edge. A warm, earthy color palette — inspired by brick, wood, and foundational home materials — reinforces Kane’s grounded, approachable tone while maintaining a sense of credibility and strength.
